In order to fix this follow these easy steps:---
1. Click on Start -->Run ---> gpedit.msc
2. On the window that will show up, Click on
Administrative Templates
Network
QoS Packet Scheduler
3. On the right side pane, Double click Limit Reservable bandwidthChange this configuration from "not configured" to "Enabled"and the reduce Bandwidth limit (%) from 20% to zero
4. Click on Ok and restart your computer...DATZ IT
